Kritika Wires debuts on NSE Emerge

Kritika Wires Limited, a Kolkata-based company, got listed on Emerging platform of National Stock Exchange at a premium of 6.5 per cent. 

The IPO opened on September 26, 2018, and closed on October 1, 2018 at a price band of Rs. 32 per share. The company has raised Rs. 15.40 crore from the market. 
Kritika Wires Limited has been in the business of manufacturing high quality galvanized steel wires and wire products and have been meeting the requirement of various clients in the government and private sectors like power, infrastructure, railway, and many more industries.The products manufactured by the company are used for transmission and distribution of electricity, manufacturing of concrete slippers, poles, bridges and other infrastructure facilities. In the year 2005, the company started commercial production of wire drawing of high carbon, low carbon and alloy steel.

The company started various types of wire processing and manufacturing like galvanizing, stranding and barbed - steel wires.  
Thus the company has entered in a diversified range of products on the basis of demand and supply in the market. With the government‘s thrust on electrification and infrastructural developments, the company has also continuously increased the production capacity.
