KNR Constructions create new 52-week high on bagging order worth Rs 603.63 crore

KNR Constructions Ltd, an infrastructure development company announced that it has received an order worth Rs 603.63 crore on Monday post trading session. Reacting to the news, its share opened over a per cent higher on BSE. 

The premier infrastructure development company bagged the order from Project Director, Highways (FAC). The scope of work includes upgrading Cheyyur-Vandavasi Polur Road to two lanes with paved shoulders and construction of bypasses for Vandavasi town along with realignment for Maruthadu village. 

The company will also carry out the maintenance of entire project stretch design length of 109.27 km for 7 years in the state of Tamil Nadu on engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) mode. The project is to be executed within a period of 39 months from the appointed date. 

KNR Constructions is engaged in EPC services across various fast-growing sectors. Its revenue mix comprises 96 per cent from roads and 4 per cent from irrigation. 

On Tuesday at 10.08 am, the company’s share was trading at Rs 343.1, 2.85 per cent higher than its previous close. The share recorded an intraday high of Rs 352.9, creating a new 52-week high value. Besides, it also recorded an intraday low of Rs 337.2 on BSE.
