The company's core business is manufacturing of health drinks under the brand Horlicks. The company's product range includes nutritional drinks. The company manufactures and markets a wide range of health drinks. Besides Horlicks, the company has created brands like Boost, Maltova and Viva. On the financial front, the company’s revenue has grown 7.87 per cent to Rs 1,194.32 crore in Q1FY20 as against Rs 1,107.14 crore posted in Q1FY19. The PAT has jumped 23.77 per cent in Q1FY20 to Rs 248.08 crore YoY. Along with strong financial growth, the company has launched two products namely, Active Horlicks and chocolate flavoured biscuits which helped the company to drive consumption. Along with that, the company launched strong marketing campaign which boosted the company’s balance sheet. We thus recommend a BUY.
