The company is engaged in the business of Real estate, Hospitality, Lease Rentals. On the financial front, the company’s revenues for Q4FY19 stood at Rs 760.04 crore, up by 75 per cent from Rs 433.54 crore posted in Q4FY18. The PBIDT expanded by 60 per cent to Rs 215.41 crore in Q4FY19 from RS 134.81 crore posted in Q4FY18. The bottomline witnessed a 3 fold jump to Rs 71.66 crore in Q4FY19 as against Rs 15.35 crore posted in Q4FY18. In May, Brigade Enterprises has pre-launched Brigade El Dorado - the 8th integrated residential enclave by the company. It is 50-acre integrated residential enclave near Aerospace Park in Bengaluru North. The Aerospace Park is a 3000 acre development being planned and promoted by Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) as the hub of aerospace industry in India. We recommend a BUY
