Career Point is a company in the education field that provides coaching and hostel services. It also provides tutorial services to students for school curriculum and various competitive examinations for engineering, medical entrance and others. On a quarterly consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of Rs 34.21 crore in Q3FY20, up by 44.41 per cent from Rs 23.69 crore in Q3FY19. The operating profit reported for Q3FY20 was Rs 11.33 crore, growing at 44.03 per cent from Rs 7.86 crore in Q3FY19. Net profit saw a growth of 51.30 per cent to Rs 8.7 crore, as compared to Rs 5.75 crore reported in the same quarter for the previous fiscal year. Increasing growth in higher education and the addition of new courses on a year-on-year basis are likely to drive growth and sustainability in the business. We thus, recommend a BUY.
