The rupee appreciated and closed at 78.94 compared to the previous trading session's closing of 79.06.  

 

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited: The company's board of directors has suggested a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2 i.e., one new bonus equity share of Rs 2 for every two already fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each was approved by the corporate board. The members, who are holding equity shares as of the record date on July 1 (Friday), shall be given credit for the bonus shares.  

 

Xpro India LimitedThe company's board of directors has suggested issuing bonus shares in a 1:2 ratio, meaning that one bonus share will be issued for every two fully-paid equity shares of the business. The company's board of directors has set July 4, 2022, as the record date for bonus share issuance, which means that Xpro India shares have become ex-bonus stock today.

 

Swasti Vinayaka Art & Heritage Corporation LimitedThe board of directors of this Small-Cap company recommended bonus shares in a 5:4 ratio, which means the board has recommended the issuance of five equity shares of the company for four fully paid-up shares held by the shareholders. The company’s board has fixed July 4, 2022, as the record date for the bonus share issue.
