DHFL locks in at lower circuit; Onmobile Global & Majesco among others to lock in at upper circuit
In spite of the volatility in the stock markets on Wednesday, a number of stocks locked in at their respective upper circuits.
As per the data available on BSE website, 290 stocks locked in at their respective upper circuits whereas, 145 stocks tumbled to lock in at their respective lower circuits. Looking at the circuit summary, a total of 435 stocks touched their respective lower or upper circuits on BSE.
To name a few, Suzlon Energy and Borosil Renewables are some of the stocks to have been locked in at their respective upper circuits since a few consecutive trading sessions now.
Stocks such as Vikas Proppant & Granite, Shreyas Shipping & Logistics, and Biofil Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals declined to lock in at their lower circuit of 5 per cent each. Videocon Industries also fell by 4.94 per cent for the third consecutive session on Wednesday wherein, the stock has locked in at its lower circuit thereby, halting the trading session on BSE.
