Capacite Infraprojects reports 22 per cent revenue growth

Capacite Infraprojects reported its Q3FY19 numbers on Monday. The company’s overall revenue for Q3FY19 was Rs. 459 crore as against Rs. 375 crore in Q3FY18, representing 22 per cent growth.

Capacite’s EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 71 crore, up by almost 23 per cent from the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Its EBITDA margin for the quarter remained largely flat at 15.5 per cent as compared to 15.4 per cent in Q3FY18.

However, the net profit for the quarter increased marginally by 5.3 per cent yoy to Rs. 23.9 crore. The net profit margin dipped to 5.2 per cent from 6.1 per cent in Q3FY18. The increase in finance cost (Rs. 11.74 crore in Q3FY19 vs Rs. 9.73 crore in Q3FY18) restricted PAT growth.

Capacite’s order book (excluding MHADA) as on December 31, 2018, stood at Rs 7,519 crore. This strong order book gives revenue visibility for the next 4-5 years. The residential segment contributes nearly 77 per cent to the order book, while the commercial & institutional segment contributes around 23 per cent.

The stock of Capacite Infra in Monday’s trading session ended on a negative note at Rs 212.10, down by almost 2.5 per cent from the previous close.
