BHEL has received an order for setting up a 25 MW Floating Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) power plant on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis in Simhadri in Andhra Pradesh. The order has been valued at more than Rs. 100 crore.

The company heavily contributes to the country’s green initiatives in developing and promoting renewable energy by strengthening its presence in the SPV segment with state-of-the-art manufacturing lines of solar cells and solar modules.
