Best performing mutual funds for November 2020

Nifty and Sensex surged over 11 per cent each in the month of November 2020. This can be clearly attributed to the record FPI inflows of around USD 8 billion during the month even though the domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were heavy sellers. Further, the market breadth improved materially as mid-caps and small-caps outperformed the large-caps. On the sectoral front, financials, industrials & consumer discretionary were the best-performing sectors, whereas energy, IT, and healthcare were hit the most. Nevertheless, Indian markets also witnessed better-than-expected corporate earnings as margin expansion resulted in double-digit profit growth, which comfortably offset the declining revenues. In this article, we would be looking at the performance of the funds in the month of November 2020. The best performers have been ranked the highest.
