EFC Limited has approved the allotment of 4.97 crore fully paid-up bonus equity shares in a 1:1 ratio. This means shareholders received one additional share for every existing share held as of February 11, 2025. After this allotment, the total paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs 19.91 crore, divided into 9.95 crore shares of Rs 2 each.
Revenue and Profit Growth in Q3 FY25
The company reported revenue of Rs 181.5 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting a 6.1 per cent growth compared to Q2 FY25. EBITDA increased by 10.3 per cent to Rs 96.92 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) rose 10.7 per cent to Rs 40.47 crore. For the nine months of FY25, revenue stood at Rs 457.87 crore, surpassing the full-year revenue of FY24 by 7 per cent.
Leasing Vertical Expansion
The company’s leasing segment managed assets exceeding 2.6 million square feet across 70 sites, with an average occupancy rate of 90 per cent. During Q3 FY25, 2 lakh square feet were added, increasing seating capacity by 5,650. Rental revenue grew 31 per cent year-on-year, while EBIT surged 37 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 157 per cent year-on-year.
Growth in Design and Build Segment
The design and build vertical executed projects across 4 lakh square feet in various sectors. The total project pipeline stands at Rs 92 crore, with Rs 32 crore under execution. Revenue from this segment increased 51 per cent year-on-year, and EBIT rose 27 per cent.
Stock Performance and Valuation
The company has a market capitalization of Rs 2,439 crore. Its price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio is 22.2, lower than the industry P/E of 33.4. The return on capital employed (ROCE) is 22.2 per cent, while return on equity (ROE) stands at 23 per cent. The debt-to-equity ratio is at 1.55.
