Watch out for this penny stock on Muhurat Trading as it gets clearance from SEBI

After a six-year forensic audit, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given a clean chit to the company

The festival of lights, Diwali is mainly celebrated in honour of Lord Ram’s return to his kingdom in Ayodhya, after staying in exile for 14 years. Interestingly, Tree House Education & Accessories has also received good news ahead of Diwali as after a six-year forensic audit, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given a clean chit to the company, its promoters and other officials in a case related to alleged misstatements of the company’s financials.

The regulator said in its letter:

“In reference to your letters dated September 19, 2022, and August 29, 2022, to SEBI

1. In the context of your letters under reference, you may note that the forensic audit and investigation of SEBI now stand completed. In furtherance of the terms of reference to the forensic auditor and consequent investigation of SEBI, no action is proposed to be taken against you.
2. You may also note that the above outcome is limited only to the terms of reference to the forensic auditor, the scope of investigation of SEBI and the related material available on record at present. “

The stock has jumped more than 107.32 per cent in the last six months and as a result, it has turned multibagger.
