Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 236.86 points or 0.31 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 76,138.24, signifying a gain of 236.83 points or 0.31 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.43 per cent, power zoomed by 0.35 and auto soared by 0.16 per cent.
Meanwhile, Electronics Mart India Ltd, Ami Organics Ltd, and Timken India Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Electronics Mart India Ltd rallied 9.59 per cent to trade at Rs 164.25 apiece. The company has commenced its commercial operations of a new multi-brand store under the brand name "BAJAJ ELECTRONICS" in Dundigal, Telangana.
Ami Organics Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 9.59 per cent to trade at Rs 2,062.95 apiece. The company reported its Q3 and 9M FY25 results, with Q3 FY25 revenue from operations increasing by 65 per cent year-on-year to Rs 275 crore, while the Q3 FY25 EBITDA margin expanded by 904 basis points year-on-year to 25 per cent.
Timken India Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 6.14 per cent to trade at Rs 2,894 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
