Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 76.40 points or 0.10 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 79,281.65 signifying a gain of 58.54 points or 0.07 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.11 per cent, power slipped by 0.02 and auto soared by 0.18 per cent.
Meanwhile, DCX Systems Ltd, Glenmark Life Sciences Ltd and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
DCX Systems Ltd an S&P BSE company, surged 6.06 per cent to trade at Rs 392 apiece. The company has received export purchase order from its customer in the normal course of business of worth Rs 483 crore.
Glenmark Life Sciences Ltd rallied 5.27 per cent to trade at Rs 1083.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.09 per cent to trade at Rs 391.85 apiece. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Ms. Tanvi Choksi as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from January 06, 2025
