Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 210.35 points or 0.27 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 77,711.98 signifying a gain of 372.97 points or 0.48 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.19 per cent, power zoomed by 0.68 and auto soared by 0.1 per cent.

Meanwhile, Welspun Enterprises Ltd, PG Electroplast Ltd and Suzlon Energy Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Welspun Enterprises Ltd an S&P BSE company, surged 5.42 per cent to trade at Rs 469.65 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
PG Electroplast Ltd rallied 4.53 per cent to trade at Rs 652.95 apiece. PG Electroplast Ltd. (PGEL), one of the pioneers and leaders in Electronic Manufacturing Services and Plastic Molding, through its wholly owned subsidiary, PG Technoplast Pvt. Ltd., has signed a Definitive Agreement with Spiro Mobility to become an Exclusive Manufacturing partner for manufacturing of the EVs of Spiro Mobility (Spiro) in India.
JK Paper Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.41 per cent to trade at Rs 417.90 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
