Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 463.47 points or 0.63 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 74,166.75 signifying a gain of 213.44 points or 0.29 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.87 per cent, power gained 0.58 and auto rose by 0.34 per cent.
Meanwhile, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd, Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd and Hitachi Energy India Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
JK Tyre & Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 8.34 per cent to trade at Rs 438.00 apiece.
Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd rallied 7.82 per cent to trade at Rs 276.55 apiece.
Hitachi Energy India Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 5.77 per cent to trade at Rs 11469.25 apiece.
