Top 5 Small-cap stocks to watch out for in November, based on seasonality trend

This suggests that the rate of inflation in the US can keep declining and the US Fed can soon slow down the pace of interest rate hikes

Monday’s trading session has turned out to be a marvelous one for the investors at Dalal Street, as Sensex has reclaimed its important psychological mark of 60,600 and is trading with solid gains of over 1 per cent. Nifty is also not too far, as it has gained 1.08 per cent and is within a striking distance from reclaiming its crucial level of 18,000.

Talking about the performance of the benchmark indices for the month of October, it has been an electrifying one. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 has logged its best October performance since the year 2018, as it jumped more than 5 per cent.

With the global cues turning favourable as the Dow closed higher by 800 points on Friday and recorded its sixth win in a row, amid the core personal consumption expenditure index, the Fed’s preferred measure of inflation gained just 0.5 per cent, month over month in September, which was below its estimate. This suggests that the rate of inflation in the US can keep declining and the US Fed can soon slow down the pace of interest rate hikes, which are meant to squelch inflation by curbing the economic demand. The testament of slowdown in rate hikes is somewhat reflected in the bond market too.

Amidst this positive backdrop, bulls will now aim to take over the positive baton and most importantly, ditch all bears and lift Nifty close to its all-time high in the month of November.
