Dhruv Consultancy Services is currently trading at Rs. 61.75, up by 6.70 points or 12.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 55.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 54.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 62.35 and Rs. 53.65 respectively. So far 14209 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 84.65 on 26-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.10 on 24-Sep-2021. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 87.42 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.06% and 32.29% respectively.
Dhruv Consultancy Services has received Letter of Award (LOA) for the Independent Engineer Services for development of Access Controlled Six Lane (expandable to eight lane) Greenfield ‘Ganga Expressway’ in the state of Uttar Pradesh (UP) on DBFOT Toll Basis under PPP from the office of Chief Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), Lucknow. Independent Engineer Services Fee for the said Project will be Rs 22.77 crore excluding GST. The contract period will be of 60 months.
Dhruv Consultancy Services is an infrastructure consultancy company providing design, engineering, procurement, construction and integrated project management services for Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, Architectural, Environmental Engineering and Ports. The June quarter sales of the company is Rs 18 crore with a operating margin of 7.7 per cent.
