At 10:50 am, the benchmark BSE Sensex is trading with a loss of 552 points, to 60,120 levels.

Meanwhile, more pessimistic remarks from the Federal Reserve led to a fall in all international markets.

In line with positive developments in other international markets, Indian equities benchmarks opened Thursday's session in the green.

The Sensex rose beyond 60,100 mark in morning session; the Nifty on other hand moved with modest decline. Stocks in banks and financial services rose, while selling pressure was seen in shares of metal, oil & gas and real estate

After a weak opening on Wednesday, the Indian stock markets extended their losses.
