On Wednesday, the Sensex fell by 927 points to close at 59,744.98, while the Nifty 50 dropped by marginal 274 points to close at 17,552.60

Stock futures rose early on Tuesday morning after the major averages finished another losing week. Investors are now looking ahead to the release of June jobs report data on Friday. 

BSE Smallcap index outperformed broader markets, surging 3.08 per cent to close at 24,143.22. 

BSE Smallcap index underperformed broader markets by recording losses of 1.80 per cent and closing at 28,722.50.

The stock has delivered a strong performance on an MTD basis as it went up by over 20 per cent.
