FIIs have been increasing their stake for two consecutive quarters in this small-cap company.

The stock is up by 70 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 95 per share.

The company provides a high-end ecosystem of drone solutions for multi-sensor drone surveys, data processing of drone data using robust high-configuration workstations, drone pilot training and specialised GIS training. 

It is the first drone in South Asia with combat, transport, and surveillance capabilities in a single aircraft.

The company is the only drone manufacturer to receive type certificates from DGCA for three drone models.

The net sales skyrocketed by 371.48 per cent to Rs 12.07 crore and net profit skyrocketed by 1,061.90 per cent to Rs 2.44 crore in FY23 compared to FY22.

The company reported positive numbers in its quarterly results and annual results. The net sales increased by 6.56 per cent to Rs 65 crore and net profit increased by 20 per cent to Rs 12 crore in Q4FY23 over Q4FY22. The net sales increased by 21.31 per cent to Rs 222 crore and net profit increased by 33.33 per cent to Rs 36 crore in FY23 over FY22.

The company is dedicated to ventures that employ advanced technologies capable of revolutionizing the lives of over a billion Indians. Its primary focus lies in electric mobility (Revolt Motors), drones (Neosky), ecommerce (Cocoblu Retail), fashion brands (Neobrands) and fintech (Wefin).

Now, the question remains whether the US would intervene or decide to remain against intervention.

With government banning the drone import in all forms, i.e., CBU, SKD & CKD, there will be tremendous opportunities for Indian companies, especially in consumer micro-drones, which would lead to indigenous core manufacturing facilities, formation of the component ecosystems, research, and product development capabilities.
