Shares of Zee Entertainment, Ahluwalia Contracts and Future Supply Chain Solutions have rallied in today’s trading session. 

While markets opened above the previous close, as of noon, BSE Sensex was trading lower by 0.46 per cent.  

Zee Entertainment hits the roof, gains over 18 per cent 

Zee Entertainment Enterprises is mainly in the following businesses: Broadcasting of Satellite Television Channels, Space Selling agent for other satellite television channels, and Sale of Media Content. The share has rallied more than 18 per cent in the first half of today's trading session after Invesco drops EGM demand. Invesco, which along with OFI Global China Fund holds a 17.88 per cent stake in Zee Entertainment, however, said if the merger with Sony Pictures Networks India Pvt is not completed as currently proposed, it retains the right to requisition a fresh EGM. 

Shares of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Gulshan Polyols Ltd have rallied in today’s trading session. While markets opened below their previous close, as of noon, BSE Sensex was down by 0.41 per cent.

Shares of Greaves Cotton Ltd, Seamec Ltd and Jindal Saw Ltd have rallied in today’s trading session.   

While markets opened up with huge positivity, as of noon, BSE Sensex was up by 1.85 per cent.

Seamec Ltd gained more than 14 per cent 

Seamec Ltd owns and operates 4 multi-support vessels for the provision of diving services, manned and unmanned subsea operations and related activities. The share has rallied more than 14 per cent in the first half of today's trading session as the company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, inter-alia to consider and evaluate the draft scheme of arrangement in connection with the proposal of merger/demerger/reverse merger/restructuring arrangement between the company and HAL Offshore Limited (HAL). 

Shares of JK Cement, Rane Brake Lining and HG Infra Engineering Ltd have rallied in today’s trading session.  

While markets opened high, as of noon, BSE Sensex was up by 1.59 per cent. 

HG Infra Engineering Ltd gained more than 10 per cent 

HG Infra Engineering Limited (HGIEL) is an Indian Road Infrastructure company engaged in the business of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services, maintenance of roads, bridges, flyovers and other infrastructure contract works. The share has rallied more than 10 per cent in the first half of today's trading session. The company has given investors stellar returns of 108.77 per cent over the last year. The share price of the company stood at Rs 283.2 on March 16, 2021, and since then, it has increased investor wealth by more than 2 times.

While markets opened flat, as of noon, BSE Sensex is down by 0.57 per cent.  

Heranba Industries Ltd jumps more than 13 per cent 

Heranba Industries Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of a diverse range of agrochemicals such as insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and public health products for pest control. The share has rallied more than 13 per cent in the first half of today's trading session as the company's officials met Prudent Value Partners, Quantum Advisors, TCG Advisory Services, Rockstud Capital LLP, AV Fincorp, Moneybee Investment Advisors, Kitara Capital, Arihant Capital Markets, Omkara Capital, Oculus Capital Advisors LLP, Lucky Investment Managers, Vasuki India Fund, and JPM Capital.
 

While markets opened flat, as of noon, BSE Sensex was 0.41 per cent up and S&P BSE SmallCap was 0.7 per cent up.

At 12.30 pm on Thursday, the core equity indices i.e., Sensex and Nifty 50 were seen extending the losses since their opening, as Russia finally strikes Ukraine and has reportedly destroyed Ukraine airbases. The Sensex was trading at 55,486.52 down by 1740.51 points or 3.04 per cent, while Nifty was at 16,533.60, down by 540.75 points or 3.17 per cent from the last trading session.     

While markets opened deep in red, as of noon, BSE Sensex was 2.90 per cent down and S&P BSE SmallCap has plunged 3.72 per cent.

Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd gained more than 12 per cent 

Asahi Songwon Colors Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and export of colour pigments and their derivatives. The share price of the company has jumped 12.52 per cent in the first half of today's trading session. The stock is in a downtrend for the past six months, decreasing more than 18 per cent from Rs 334.75 on August 24, 2021, to Rs 272.05 on February 24, 2022. 

Shares of Yaari Digital Integrated Services Ltd, R Systems International Limited and SORIL Infra Resources Ltd have rallied in today’s trading session. 

While markets opened marginally higher, as of noon, BSE Sensex was 0.56 per cent up and S&P BSE Smallcap was 1.68 per cent up.  

Yaari Digital has hit the upper circuit of 19.99 per cent 

Yaari Digital Integrated Services Ltd is engaged in the business of real estate development, providing management and maintenance services, equipment renting etc. The company has hit an upper circuit of 19.99 per cent in the first half of today's trading session. The share price of the company was in a downtrend after ED raids on the parent company, Indiabulls Real Estate office. But, after the clarification from the company, the share price has bounced back in the last two days. 

Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd, M.M. Forgings Ltd and Balaji Telefilms Ltd have rallied in today’s trading session.  

While markets opened flat, as of noon, S&P BSE – 500 declined by 1.19 per cent. 

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd gained more than 12 per cent  

Indiabulls Real Estate Limited is a holding company, which is engaged in the development of real estate projects and allied activities. The share price of the company has jumped 12 per cent in the first half of today's trading session after clarification on the ED investigation. The company clarified that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigation did not pertain to the company and has no bearing on the business and operations of the company. The stock hit a high price of Rs 116.90 and a low of Rs 104.60 during the session.  

While markets opened flat, as of noon, S&P BSE – 500 declined by 0.2 per cent. 

Linde India Limited gained more than 8 per cent 

Linde India Limited, a subsidiary of BOC Group, UK, is primarily engaged in the manufacture of industrial and medical gases and the construction of cryogenic and non-cryogenic air separation plants. The share price of the company has jumped 8.55 per cent in the first half of today's trading session. Linde India Limited has entered into a 15-year agreement with ESL Steel Limited, a Vedanta group company recently, for the supply of 800 MT per day of oxygen and 900 MT per day nitrogen. The company has given 119.49 per cent returns in the last one year. 

Shares of Quess Corp Ltd, Brightcom Group Ltd, and Elgi Equipments have rallied in today’s trading session. 

While markets opened flat, as of noon, BSE - 500 was 0.16 per cent up.  

Quess Corp Ltd gained more than 7 per cent

The company has rallied more than 7 per cent in the first half of today's trading session. The share price of the company was in a downtrend. The share price has tumbled by 20.38 per cent from the last one month.
