On Tuesday, Indian equity markets broke its winning streak. Benchmark equity indices Nifty 50 and Sensex ended the choppy session at 55,776.8 and 16,663 respectively, recording losses of ~1.25 per cent each.
BSE Smallcap index outperformed broader markets, losing only 0.88 per cent and closing at 26,987.85. Top gainers of the index include Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo, Linde India, Excel Industries and Polyplex Corporation. Top losers comprise of SVP Global Textiles, Balrampur Chini Mills, Tube Investment of India, Ester Industries and Omaxe.

Rites - The company has recently declared the third interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per share on a face value of Rs 10 each, amounting to Rs 180 crore (at the rate of 75 per cent of paid-up capital). The record date for payment of dividend is March 25, 2022.
Anupam Rasayan – The company has announced the completion of the acquisition of 24.96 per cent of the total equity shareholding of and joint control of Tanfac Industries Limited (TIL) from Birla Group Holdings Private Limited and a few others of the promoter group. The company has acquired joint management control and has become a promoter of the company along with Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO).
Granules India – The company has announced that Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc (GPI), a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of the company, located in Chantilly, Virginia, USA received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
Ramkrishna Forgings – The company has informed the exchange that it has won an order worth Rs 750 million per annum from India's largest OEM in the Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicle (MHCV) segments.
