Ok Play India: The company informed the exchange that it has acquired a 100 per cent stake in Isht Technologies. The target company is owned by promoters of OK Play India and the transaction is done on an arm length basis.   

Easy Trip Planners: The company announced that it has entered into an advertisement agreement with Capri Global Holdings for 5 years of Women’s Premier League. 

Granules India: The company today informed the exchange that the US Food & Drug Administration (US FDA) has approved its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Losartan Potassium Tablets USP, 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg. 

52-week high: Innovana, Binani Industries, Raj Rayon Industries, Blue Chip and Goyal Aluminium.
