On Friday, Indian equity markets recovered in the second half of the trading session. Nifty 50 and Sensex closed with losses of 0.44 per cent and 0.26 per cent to close at 15,293.50 and 51,360.42 respectively.
BSE Smallcap index underperformed broader markets to close in the red territory at 24,133.88 with losses of 0.88 per cent. Top Gainers of the index inlcude Delta Corp, Fiem Industries, Centrum Capital, Va Tech Wabag, KIOCL and Apar Industries. Top Losers comprise Techno Electric and Engineering, Soril Infra Resources, JTL Infra, Cartrade Tech, Khadim India and Aurionpro Solutions.
The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, June 20, 2022:
Ratnamani Metals & Tubes – The company has received new orders aggregating to Rs 203 crore including export orders worth Rs 187 crore, to be executed within the financial year 2022-23.
Ahluwalia Contracts (India) – The company has secured the following new orders:
-Construction of National Police Academy, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu (on an EPC basis), Janakpur, Nepal (under joint venture) amounting to Rs 442 crore. The total work order for this project is Rs 630.95 crore while the company's share is 70 per cent amounting to Rs 442 crore.
-Reconstruction of Assam Bhawan Chanakyapuri (Delhi) for Rs 62.00 crore.
Vakrangee – The company has entered into a seller agreement with Decathlon Sports India Pvt Ltd, a world leader in sports equipment to offer a complete range of sports equipment & products to the unserved and underserved population of India.
Delta Corp – The company’s arm Deltatech Gaming Ltd will raise Rs 300 crore via fresh issue of shares in an initial public offering (IPO).
52-week high stocks – Kohinoor Foods, GSS Infotech, and Archidply Décor made a fresh 52-week high today.
