TCM Ltd informed the exchange (BSE script code: 524156) that it has received orders worth Rs 89,99,390 from Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT), Department of Power, Government of Kerala for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of grid connected SPV power plants in public buildings at Thiruvananthapuram under solar city project.
The orders include 20 kw, 25 kw, 25 kw, 35 kw and 40 kw work orders. The total number of orders is 145 kW at five locations. The 11-30 kw work orders are to be completed within 30 days and the 31-50 kw work orders are to be completed within 45 days.
TCM Ltd manufactures medical products, GPS-enabled automatic headlight beam assist systems for vehicles under the brand name of ENSO and the business of setting up and commissioning solar power plants. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 3.43 times on BSE.
The shareholding pattern of the company where promotors hold a 47.25 per cent stake, DIIs hold a 10.03 per cent stake and the rest is owned by the general public, which is 42.72 per cent as of December 2022.
