Smallcap Realty Developer Reports 135 Per Cent Sales Growth; Stock Down 4.85 Per Cent

The company posted a net profit (PAT) of Rs 10.89 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to a net loss of Rs 7.55 crore in Q2 FY25.

Ashiana Housing Limited delivered a strong financial performance in Q3 FY25, driven by higher deliveries and improved realizations across projects. However, the stock ended the session down 4.85 per cent at Rs 303.00, as the results fell short of investors expectations.

Financial Performance

The company’s total revenue surged 135 per cent YoY to Rs 139.93 crore, compared to Rs 59.53 crore in Q3 FY24, driven by higher project deliveries.

EBITDA stood at Rs 23.89 crore in Q3 FY25, lower than Rs 37.50 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company posted a net profit (PAT) of Rs 10.89 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to a net loss of Rs 7.55 crore in Q2 FY25. Profitability was impacted by a one-time Rs 5 crore payout related to a GST matter of Treehouse Hotel.

Operational Highlights

  • Value of area booked: Rs 454.16 crore in Q3 FY25 vs. Rs 173.89 crore in Q3 FY24.
  • Average realization price: Rs 6,705 per sq. ft. in Q3 FY25 vs. Rs 5,189 in Q3 FY24.
  • Pre-tax operating cash flow: Rs 120.42 crore in Q3 FY25 vs. Rs 53.83 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company maintained its guidance of Rs 2,000 crore in pre-sales for FY25, contingent on the success of Ashiana Amarah Phase 5 launch in Q4 FY25.

Stock Price Performance

Ashiana Housing has delivered modest gains of 1.87 per cent in the past one year, underperforming Nifty 50, which gained 6.37 per cent. Over the last five years, the stock has soared 207.86 per cent. The current market capitalization stands at Rs 3,188 crore.
