Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on September 19

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.66 lakh crore or USD 5.57 trillion as of September 19, 2024.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the green on Thursday with the Sensex up 0.29 per cent at 83,185 and the Nifty-50 up 0.15 per cent at 25,416. About 1,246 shares have advanced, 2,734 shares have declined and 95 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 83,773.61 on September 19, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 25,611.95 on September 19, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.53 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 1.06 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were PB Fintech Ltd, United Breweries Ltd and AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Neogen Chemicals Ltd, Rossell India Ltd and Spencers Retail Ltd

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Consumer Durables Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.66 lakh crore or USD 5.57 trillion as of September 19, 2024. On the same day, 241 stocks hit a 52-week high while 53 stocks touched a 52-week low.
