Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on October 10

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 0.36 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.43 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the green on Thursday with the Sensex up 0.18 per cent at 81,611 and the Nifty-50 up 0.07 per cent at 24,998. About 2,248 shares have advanced, 1,665 shares have declined and 133 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.36 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.43 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Zen Technologies Ltd, 63 Moons Technologies Ltd and Hitachi Energy India Ltd. On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Bankex Index and BSE Utilities Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Information Technology Index and BSE Healthcare Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.62 lakh crore or USD 5.50 trillion as of October 10, 2024. On the same day, 209 stocks hit a 52-week high while 22 stocks touched a 52-week low.
