Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on December 02
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 1.04 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.84 per cent.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Monday with the Sensex up 0.56 per cent at 80,248 and the Nifty-50 up 0.60 per cent at 24,276. About 2,508 shares have advanced, 1,550 shares have declined and 179 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.04 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.84 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Castrol India Ltd, Dixon Technologies Ltd and Torrent Power Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Ramco Systems Ltd, Inox Green Energy Services Ltd and K&R Rail Engineering Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Consumer Durables Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE Utilities Index and BSE FMCG Index were the Top Losers.
BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.50 lakh crore or USD 5.31 trillion as of December 02, 2024. On the same day, 246 stocks hit a 52-week high while 27 stocks touched a 52-week low.
