Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

As of March 13, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 3.92 lakh crore or USD 4.50 trillion.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Thursday with the Sensex down 0.27 per cent at 73,840 and the Nifty-50 down 0.30 per cent at 22,403. About 1,488 shares have advanced, 2,424 shares have declined and 139 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.54 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.63 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were UNO Minda Ltd, Thermax Ltd and Solar Industries India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd, NACL Industries Ltd and HPL Electric & Power Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Power Index and BSE Capital Goods Index were the Top Gainers while the BSE Realty Index and BSE Consumer Discretionary Index were the Top Losers.

As of March 13, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 3.92 lakh crore or USD 4.50 trillion. On the same day, 49 stocks hit a 52-week high, while 259 stocks touched a 52-week low.
