The project is located in the south-western part of Pune, within the Pune Municipal Corporation limits. It offers scenic surroundings with views of the Mutha River to the north and a garden reservation to the south. Additionally, a proposed 90-meter ring road alongside park reservations will enhance connectivity. The project is well connected to Pune’s central business district and the western zone, with essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and entertainment hubs within a 2-kilometer radius.
