Promoter Group of Carbon Producing Small-cap Company Expands Stake with New Acquisition in Sujala Investments Private Ltd

Sujala Investments Private Limited, part of the promoter group of Rain Industries Limited, has recently acquired 14,000 equity shares of the company, representing a 0.0042 per cent increase in their holding. This acquisition was made through the open market on March 3, 2025. Prior to this transaction, Sujala Investments held 3,77,66,675 shares, equating to an 11.23 per cent stake in the company. Post-acquisition, their holding has increased to 3,77,80,675 shares, maintaining the same percentage of total share capital due to the minimal size of the purchase relative to the overall share count.
