Palm Jewels, Waa Solar gets listed on BSE SME Platform

Adding to the string of SME IPOs, Palm Jewels Limited became the 253rd company and Waa Solar Limited became the 254th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on Tuesday.

Palm Jewels Limited came out with an initial public offering of 29,68,000 equity shares of Rs.10 per equity shares for cash at a price of Rs.30/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. ‘890.40’ lakh. It had successfully completed its public issue on June 4, 2018. Palm Jewels Limited is a Gujarat based company whose registered office is at Ahmedabad. The company is engaged into wholesale business of gold jewelry products.

Waa Solar Limited came out with an initial public offering of 20,00,000 equity shares of rs.10/- each equity shares for cash at a price of Rs.161 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. ‘3220.00’ lacs. It had also completed its public issue on June 4, 2018. Waa Solar Limited is a Gujarat based company whose registered office is at Vadodara. The company is engaged in solar power generation by setting up Solar Power Project and by investing in Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV") associate and subsidiaries companies which are engaged in solar power generation activities. 

The 254 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.2406.14 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 254 companies as on June 12, 2018 is Rs. 20,918.90 Crore.
