Robust gains in the banking and financial services sectors helped the Indian benchmark indices in ending the session on a positive note. With gains of more than 1 per cent, BSE Power and BSE Utilities sectors additionally supported the indices. The BSE Sensex advanced 0.12 per cent to 60,130 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index gained 0.15 per cent to a level of 17,769.

Bajaj Finance - Shares of Bajaj Finance ended the session 2.46 per cent higher, making them the top Sensex gainer. Following in the footsteps of Bajaj Finance, shares of Bajaj Finserv also surged more than 2 per cent to become one of the top gaining stocks on the Sensex.
Adani Total Gas - Shares of Adani Total Gas experienced strong buying pressure and were locked at 5 per cent upper circuits, leading gains in the sectoral index BSE Oil & Gas and the BSE Largecap pack. Shares of Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission were also heavily purchased.
Infosys Ltd - The company today announced its collaboration with ServiceNow, a leading digital workflow company, to launch the Infosys Live Operations platform, aimed at enhancing customer experiences for telecom providers. On the BSE, shares of Infosys were trading at a 52-week low of Rs 1,215.45 per share.
