Overnight Digest: Stocks likely to be in focus on October 10
Watch out for these stocks on Monday.
On Friday, Indian equity markets ended on a flat note. Nifty 50 closed the last trading session of the week at 17,314.6 in the red territory, marginally down by 0.10 per cent. Top Gainers of the index were Titan, Power Grid Corporation, ONGC, IndusInd Bank and Grasim.
Consumer durables, telecom, capital goods and industrial stocks were among the outperformers on Friday. Meanwhile, energy, metal, IT and FMCG stocks underperformed broader markets.

HCL Technologies - HCL Technologies and Google Cloud announced a significant expansion of their long-standing partnership with new capabilities & service offerings to expedite enterprise migration to Google Cloud. The shares of HCL Technologies opened higher but traded on a flat note and ended on the lower side.
Titan Company - The shares of Titan Company soared 6 per cent in an otherwise weak market after announcing its Q2FY23 quarterly update. Titan witnessed healthy double-digit growth across most businesses with overall sales growing 18 per cent on a YoY basis. The outlook for the festive season continues to be optimistic and can be seen in positive consumer sentiment across various categories.
Angel One - Angel One announced that the company reported robust business performance as it registered 90.54 million orders in September 2022, 65.8 per cent on a YoY basis. The company’s market share in the overall retail equity turnover increased to 21.6 per cent, a 133 bps YoY increase, and the average client funding book was at Rs 1,539 crore, a 9.3 per cent YoY increase.
