GI Engineering Solutions Limited, soon to transform into 'Teamo Productions HQ Ltd (TPHQ)' has announced its collaboration with director Kriti Kapoor for the upcoming film "Sorry Not Sorry." This partnership promises to deliver a rib-tickling rollercoaster ride that challenges the conventions of both Bollywood glamour and the typical girl-next-door tropes.
Kirti Kapoor, known for her work on hit films like "Airlift" (2016), "2 States" (2014), and "Blood Money" (2012), brings her exceptional storytelling skills to this project, weaving a narrative that explores identity, family expectations, and the intricacies of the social media era.
"SORRY NOT SORRY", The story revolves around a spirited girl-next-door from Birmingham, a city where the traditional adage "log kya kahenge?" governs life decisions. Tired of the monotony imposed by her family's conventional values, she concocts a web of lies to break free from the chains of conformity. Her journey takes a captivating turn when she finds herself in London, where she discovers her inner badass and fearlessly embraces her authentic self.
However, her transformation is not confined to personal growth alone. As her true self shines, her escapades capture the attention of social media, propelling her into viral fame and the glamorous virtual world she had only dreamt of. The irony becomes evident as she realizes that she's now subject to the same scrutiny she aimed to escape. With audiences on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube numbering in the millions, she must navigate the challenge of managing the expectations and opinions of her newfound followers. The film stars Shreya Dhanwantry in the lead role.
