Standard Capital Markets Ltd. announces that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held, approved the allotment of 10,000 unrated, unlisted, secured NCDs. These NCDs have a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each and were issued for Rs 1,00,000 each, for a total of Rs 100,00,00,000. The allotment was conducted on a private placement basis, in accordance with the private placement cum application letter.
