Multibagger from its 52-week low; Board likely to announce bonus shares!

On Monday, shares of the company zoomed 7.52 per cent to make a new 52-week high.

Kamdhenu Ventures Limited informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the proposal for issuance of bonus shares to equity shareholders of the company, in the ratio, as they may deem fit, subject to requisite approval of shareholders and statutory and regulatory authorities.

On Monday, shares of Kamdhenu Ventures zoomed 7.52 per cent to make a new 52-week high of Rs 263.05 per share. At the closing bell, the shares were trading at Rs 259 per share, up 5.87 per cent.

Kamdhenu Ventures Limited operates as a paint company. The Company offers dual paint, designer series, exterior emulsion, acrylic washable distemper, wood coating products, and waterproofing solutions. Kamdhenu Ventures serves clients in India. The company has a market cap of Rs 814 crore.

The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 2 times on BSE. The stock gave multibagger returns of 110.44 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 125.60 per share. The stock is up by 20 per cent in 1 month and over 30 per cent in 3 months. Investors should keep an eye on this micro-cap stock.
