This new luxury wildlife retreat is situated amidst the serene Tipeshwar Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra. Sterling Tipeshwar marks the 14th wildlife resort for the company, reinforcing its position as a leading wildlife hospitality brand in India. Located conveniently on the NH44 highway, the resort is accessible from Nagpur and Hyderabad, offering exclusive tiger sightings away from the usual crowds.

Spread over 7 acres, Sterling Tipeshwar offers an elegant blend of luxury and sustainability. Guests can choose from safari and luxury tents or villas, each adorned with local wildlife motifs and private sit-outs. The resort also features “Adavi”, a green area nurturing over 50 fruit-bearing trees, enhancing the local ecosystem. Activities include guided safaris, nature walks, and storytelling sessions about the legendary Golden Tiger. The in-house restaurant, Sparrow, offers a culinary journey through regional cuisines prepared by local village women.
