List of companies where MFs increased their stake

The frontline equity indices in India remained in a very tight range in the month of July and increased by only 0.5 per cent. Nevertheless, the broader market continued to show strength and had gained between 3-6 per cent. In the month of August, we are witnessing a reverse of what happened in July 2021. Large-cap indices are gaining momentum while the broader market indices are on a losing streak.

Now, let’s see in which companies mutual funds have increased their stake in the month of July. Definitely, IPOs were flavour of the season in the month of July and even the mutual funds saw good interest in newly-listed companies. So, they top the chart where they increased the stake, however, we have excluded them.
