JMC Projects shares up by 4 per cent on securing new orders worth Rs 1,624 crores
The leading civil engineering & EPC company, JMC Projects (India) announced that it has secured new orders worth Rs 1,624 crore, including its first international order in Ghana.
The company secured a road project order worth Rs 1,128 crore in Ghana and orders for building projects in India amounting to Rs 496 crore. Its order book stood at Rs 14,009 crore (US $1.9 billion) in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021. The order inflow of the current year has reached Rs 4,659 crore and the company has good visibility across all businesses.
Commenting on securing new orders, S K Tripathi (CEO & Managing Director) stated that the international order in Ghana would help JMC in bolstering its international order book and reinforcing the company’s thrust to diversify internationally in the EPC market.

On Friday, the stock of JMC Projects (India) closed at Rs 124.80, up by 4.26 per cent or 5.10 per share as against a 0.04 per cent decline in the benchmark index. The 52-week high and 52-week low of the scrip were recorded at Rs 127.25 and Rs 43.10, respectively on BSE.
