Info Edge (India) Limited announced on April 14, 2025, the fixation of the "Record Date" for the sub-division or split of the company's equity shares. This decision follows the approval granted by the Members through Postal Ballot on Friday, April 11, 2025.
The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on Monday, April 14, 2025, approved the sub-division/split of each existing equity share with a face value of Rs 10 (Rupees ten only), fully paid-up, into 5 (five) equity shares, each having a face value of Rs 2 (Rupees two only), fully paid-up. These new shares will rank equally in all respects with the existing shares.

The company has set the Record Date as Wednesday, May 7, 2025. This date will be used to determine the eligibility of equity shareholders for the sub-division/split of the equity shares. The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Scrip Code: NAUKRI) and BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 532777).
In the Quarterly Results of December 2024, the company reported a revenue of Rs 722.40 crore, reflecting a YoY growth of 15.19 per cent compared to Rs 627.12 crore in December 2023. The operating profit stood at Rs 265.84 crore, marking a 45.28 per cent increase from Rs 182.98 crore in the same quarter last year. The profit after tax (PAT) grew by 60.56 per cent to Rs 242.59 crore from Rs 151.09 crore in December 2023.
In FY24, the company posted a revenue of Rs 2,536.34 crore, reflecting a growth of 8.13 per cent compared to Rs 2,345.69 crore in FY23. The net profit stood at Rs 575.21 crore in FY24 compared to a loss of Rs 107.41 crore in FY23.
Info Edge (India) Ltd almost soared 2.16 per cent on Friday. The stock closed at the price of Rs 6,545 with a total trading volume of 37.35 lakh in a day. The stock has given a return of 7.65 per cent in the last year.
