Here are the top gaining stocks in BSE Group ‘A

On Tuesday, the frontline equity indices finished higher than its previous closing. The 30-share index, Sensex gained 0.52 per cent or 311.21 points and closed at 60157.72 while the 50-share index, Nifty closed at 17,722.30 and gained 0.56 per cent. Some of the shares that surged in today's trade out of BSE Group 'A' were  Shilpa Medicare Ltd, Reliance power Ltd and Neogen Chemicals Ltd.  

Shares of Shilpa Medicare Ltd zoomed 14.86 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 267.85 over its previous close of Rs 233.20. Today, the intraday high and low of Shilpa Medicare Ltd were Rs 278 and Rs 246, respectively.     

Another constituent of BSE ‘A’ Group that rallied was Reliance power Ltd, gaining 14.76 per cent in today’s session closing at Rs 12.52. Today, the intraday high and low of Reliance power Ltd was Rs 12.77 and Rs 10.91, respectively.    

Neogen Chemicals Ltd also rallied 14.55 per cent and closed at Rs 1619.45 over its previous close of Rs 1413.80. Today, the intraday high and low of Neogen Chemicals Ltd were Rs 1654 and Rs 1425, respectively.
