BSE 500 constituents that gained more than 100 per cent in the first five months of 2021
Markets have been volatile in 2021 even though many would argue that volatility could have been worse. As of now, VIX is at its lowest in 2021, which indicates bullishness in the markets.
While many investors were not sure where the markets might be heading, several stocks that are constituents of BSE 500 managed to more than double in 2021, so far.
While Adani Total Gas soared more than 200 per cent, Hindustan Copper gained more than 175 per cent, owing to the rise in copper prices. Adani Transmission and Adani Enterprises dominated the list of the top gainers from BSE 500 basket.
