Star Delta Transformers Ltd has announced the acquisition of a 10,000 sq. ft. land parcel in the Industrial Estate, Govindpura, Bhopal. The company has entered into a purchase agreement with M/s Bhopal Engineering, a partnership firm, for a total consideration of Rs 65 lakh.
As part of the agreement, the company has made an initial payment of Rs 25 lakh via cheque, with the remaining amount to be paid upon the execution of the sale deed. This acquisition is aimed at expanding business operations and enhancing capacity.
The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors in a meeting held on February 20, 2025. The company anticipates completing the formalities soon to facilitate future growth.
