In 1995, RPP Infra Projects Limited was formed. It is involved in the construction of many infrastructure sectors such as roads, buildings, industrial structures, power, irrigation, and waste management. R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd. secured a new project worth approximately Rs 152.11 crore (including GST) for the design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a new district jail with a capacity of 1026 inmates in Hathras district, Uttar Pradesh, India. The contract was awarded by the Office of the Superintending Engineer, PMGSY Circle, PWD, Agra, and involves domestic execution within an 18-month timeframe.

Earlier, a joint venture between RPP Infra Projects Ltd (60 per cent) and V. Sathyamoorthy & Co (40 per cent) was awarded a major upgrade project for Raipur Railway Station on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model. The total contract value is Rs 412.81 crore (including GST), which translates to Rs 412,81,85,732.06. The project will be executed within a period of three years.
In terms of finances, RPP Infra Projects has a market cap of Rs 570 crore. The company reported amazing numbers in its Quarterly Results and annual results. The company’s shares have a PE of 9.7x whereas the industry PE is 22x. The stock gave multibagger returns of 180 per cent in just 1 year whereas BSE Sensex Index is up by 24 per cent.
