Anupam Rasayan Limited has signed a letter of intent worth revenue of USD 182 million (Rs 1,500 crore) for the next 7 years with one of the leading Japanese multinationals to manufacture and supply three high-value speciality chemicals. This product will be manufactured in our existing manufacturing facilities.   

Anupam Rasayan India Ltd (ARIL) is one of the leading companies engaged in the custom synthesis (CSM) and manufacturing of speciality chemicals in India. Incorporated in 1984, the speciality chemicals major has two verticals: Life science-related Specialty Chemicals comprising products related to agrochemicals, personal care and pharmaceuticals, other speciality chemicals comprising speciality pigments and dyes, and polymer additives.   

Today, the stock opened at Rs 941.05, with a high and low of Rs 992 and Rs 941.05. The stock previously closed at Rs 950. Today, the stock closed trading at Rs 989.20, up by 4.13 per cent.   

In the last six months, the shares of the company have given more than 30 per cent returns and on a YTD basis, the stock has given about 45 per cent returns.  

The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 992 and a 52-week low of Rs 547.10. The company has a ROCE of 11 per cent and an ROE of 9.16 per cent with a market capitalisation of Rs 10647 crore.
