Tara Chand Infralogistic Solutions Limited has finalized an agreement with Venus Rolling Mills Private Limited for the acquisition of a 30,000 square meter land parcel within the Butibori MIDC area of Nagpur, Maharashtra, at a total cost of Rs 90,000,000. This transaction, aimed at expanding the company's operational capacity, involves no shareholding relationship between the two entities and grants no special rights to Venus Rolling Mills, such as director appointments or preferential share subscriptions. Furthermore, Venus Rolling Mills is confirmed to have no familial or corporate ties to Tara Chand Infralogistic's promoters, promoter groups, or affiliated companies.
On Tuesday, shares of Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited gained 1.32 per cent to Rs 62.92 per share from its previous closing of Rs 62.10 per share. The stock is up by 35.3 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 46.50 per share.
