Bondada Engineering Limited has secured work orders from Dinesh Engineers Limited for the domestic supply of 55 units of 40-meter towers, complete with all necessary accessories such as bolts, nuts, and fasteners. These towers are to be delivered to sites located in Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand within a period of 8 months from the date the purchase order was issued. The total value of these work orders is Rs 5,93,38,719 (Rupees Five Crore Ninety-Three Lakh Thirty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Nineteen Only), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Earlier, the shares of the company ex-traded stock split in the ratio 5:1 on September 02, 2024, i.e., the existing 1 equity share of the company having a face value of Rs 10 each fully paid-up shall be sub-divided/split into 5 equity shares having a face value of Rs 2 each fully paid-up.
